About the Producer - Business Models
Looking for some insight into selling direct to buyers in Southeastern MA and Rhode Island? Check out the Producer-Business Models to learn the ins and outs from three small-scale local examples.
The goal of these models is to share what is working for some farmers based on their goals, operations, and capacity. These models show three different farms with three very different business goals and business plans. You can examine the farms profile and look at some of the details of their chosen sales stream.
In 2019, we will be building on these models and offering additional materials to complement these models, so that you will have more tools to apply to your own unique farm. Stay tuned!
